In the midst of the chaotic crisis that’s occurring across the Atlantic in the Caribbean, the US and Mexico, we often reflect on our fortunate geographical location and think how things could be very different were we to be in another place in the world. A band, who have suffered their own fair share of battles, both physically and mentally, are The Killers, the Las Vegas rock giants who return this week with a beautifully honest record in Wonderful Wonderful, an album which highlights the significant holes in the band’s relationships with each other as well as in their own lives.

The Music Radar UK’s Tracks of the Week

The last few months have been both intense and exciting. Given the variety of music festivals and commitments, alongside some technical issues, you may have noticed a delay in our weekly music highlights. This week, we are delighted to inform everyone that we are back up and running, up to date with everything that’s been happening and ready for what’s around the corner. As we move further into the year, we start to think about our highlights so far. The Release Radar 11/08/17: Avicii, Queens of the Stone Age, Liam Gallagher and more

Needless to say, it’s been an incredibly dynamic few weeks for us her at The Music Radar UK. Travelling the length of both the country and the continent, we’ve been on a rollercoaster ride of festivals, album releases and new singles and this week finally sees us almost back to full speed. Leading yet another stunning list of new songs is Avicii, who makes a stunning return with the Rita Ora featured track Lonely Together. Queens of the Stone Age look set to take over 2017 with their second release of the year in track The Evil Has Landed.
