With just over two months left of 2017, it’s startling to look back at some of the trends of the year. Huge comebacks, great breakout stars and sensational festivals are just a few things that the year will be remembered for. One thing that pop fans will surely not forget is the changing dynamic of Taylor Swift, whose switch to a rougher and darker style of pop has given her a new image. Swift returns again this week with yet another single, this time called Gorgeous whilst indie giants MGMT release their first single in four years called Little Dark Age.

The Music Radar UK’s Tracks of the Week

The last few months have been both intense and exciting. Given the variety of music festivals and commitments, alongside some technical issues, you may have noticed a delay in our weekly music highlights. This week, we are delighted to inform everyone that we are back up and running, up to date with everything that’s been happening and ready for what’s around the corner. The Release Radar 26/05/17: alt-J, The Amazons, Rita Ora and more

Another week and another list of new music to satisfy our craving. alt-J continue their preparation ahead of next week’s album release with the release of Adeline whilst Little Mix release a new track, Power, which sees the group collaborating with grime king Stormzy. Rita Ora makes a return to music for the first time since 2015 with Your Song.
