As October comes to an end, we’re full of anticipation for the Halloween weekend as well as the start of November. It’s astonishing to think that we’ve been running for nearly ten months already. It’s one of the truest cliche’s around but time really does fly when you’re doing the things you love, and for us, being able to review some of the best new music around has been an absolute pleasure. Closing October in style this week is the brilliant Selena Gomez, who teams up with superstar DJ Marshmello on latest single Wolves whilst the stunning Plan B brings out Heartbeat.

The Release Radar 29/09/17: Wolf Alice, P!nk, Liam Gallagher and more

As universities continue to go back, we look at the final week of September with a nostalgic fondness. Already we’ve had stunning album releases from Foo Fighters and The Killers and this week completes a great month of music with the release of Wolf Alice’s second studio record Visions Of A Life. Making a surprise return to music this week as well is pop’s most renowned diva Beyoncé, who lends her vocals to J Balvin’s track Mi Gente.

The Music Radar UK’s Tracks of the Week

One of the most eventful months for music fans, we’ve seen the likes of HAIM, Declan McKenna and Lana Del Rey all release new records plus the likes of Latitude, NOS Alive, Mad Cool, Bilbao BBK, Lollapalooza Paris and many more festivals stun festival goers with the diversity and strength of artists and sets. This week sees the incredible Arcade Fire releases their fifth record Everything Now, which is a cosmic blend of indie, disco and many more elements.
